There are several different report types and methods to scrutinize profitability within enrich. This session will focus on reviewing existing reporting options for analyzing operation profitability. Users will learn:

  • The difference between the P&L reporting options
  • How to create new P&L report templates
  • The difference between the report types and selection criteria
  • How to load unit level budgets

Business Owner Access

This presentation will cover the latest Enrich tool for reporting, called “Business Owner Access” (BOA). It is a new and friendly way to access data from the system. We will show you how to access BOA and use it, and will demonstrate several new reports:

Rental Utilization Repair History
Customer Repair History Customer AR Balances
Fuel Ticket Margins Parts Utilization
Unit P&L Units for Sale
Out of Service Equipment Debt Note Forecast
Current Equipment Values Shop Billable Hours

Enrich Time-Savers

User-driven enhancements have been added to Enrich to save time on many functions within the financial and asset management systems. Features that can be demonstrated include:

 

  • Unit level budgeting upload
  • Bank reconciliation, check clearing, and payment uploads
  • 1099 Processing
  • Sales tax and clearing account reconciliation
  • Flexible sub-system month-end closing procedures
  • Prepaids/HVUT: Amortization, renewals, allowances, and billbacks
